#161 Support editing current line in editor

It would be nice if there was a shortcut to store the current line in a tempfile and open it in an editor. If the editor is closed, the contents of the file should be loaded back to the command line.

    Shouldn't be too hard, I think. We need a clever way to invoke the editor though (yet another shortcut?)
