#186 Remove conflicting command-line options

We should drop all (short) options that conflict with (C)Python's options. Otherwise, our "bpython as python replacement" idea is a bit useless.

    The manpage has been updated in 2b3a5bc4385c. It's also mentioned in the changelogs and -c doesn't appear anywhere else in the docs. So this issue can be closed.
