#195 Alt/Meta key not in use

Just like Ctrl+B moves the cursor one letter back and Ctrl+F moves the cursor one letter forward, having Alt+B move the cursor one word back and Alt+F move the cursor one word forward would be nice, especially in the curses interface.

It should be implementable, since most terminals consider a keypress after pressing and letting go of ESC the same as Alt + key.
